文献概要

●産後出血ハイリスク症例に関しては，術前からの評価や準備が重要である．

●2モノディオックス^®付き超鈍針を用いたvertical compression sutureは前置胎盤の術中出血の止血に有効である．

●6 clamps＋modified Aldridge法が適応可能であれば，短時間かつ安全に産褥子宮全摘出術が行える．
