仮性動脈瘤の成因と治療

●子宮仮性動脈瘤の頻度は稀であるが，特に機械的操作を伴う帝王切開分娩後に発生することが多く，二次性産後出血の原因の1つとして重要である．

●子宮仮性動脈瘤は，絨毛組織遺残などとの鑑別を要し，不用意に子宮内容除去術を行うと動脈瘤の破綻に伴い大量出血を生じるリスクが高いため，的確かつ迅速に診断をすることが重要である．

●子宮仮性動脈瘤の診断には，まずカラードプラを用いた超音波断層法が簡便で有用だが，造影CT・MRI検査を組み合わせることで，より診断精度は向上する．
