妊婦における劇症型GAS感染症の症状と対策

●妊娠中のGAS-TSSによる母体死亡を減少させるには，以下が重要となる．
①GAS感染の可能性を早期に認識する．疑わしい場合はGASを念頭に置いた抗菌薬投与をただちに開始する．
②高次医療機関への速やかな搬送．CHDFやPCPSの施行が可能な施設を選択する．
③集学的治療．CHDFやPCPSの早期導入を積極的に検討する．
