9年後に肺転移をきたした子宮腺肉腫の1例

▶要約

　子宮腺肉腫は良性腺上皮と肉腫成分から構成される混合腫瘍で，非常に稀な疾患である．低悪性度腫瘍で他の肉腫と比較して予後良好といわれており，5年生存率はstageⅠA期で約80％との報告がある．しかし再発率は25〜40％と比較的高く，骨盤内だけでなく遠隔転移も認められる．術後療法や再発例に対する治療法については十分なエビデンスはなく，標準治療として確立されたものはない．術後5年以上経過した後に再発することも多く，長期間の全身検索を含めた経過観察を要する．今回われわれは9年2か月後に肺転移をきたした子宮腺肉腫の症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．
