水腎症・水尿管を伴う骨盤内腫瘍で卵巣がんが疑われたデスモイド腫瘍

症例
▶患者

　48歳，女性．2妊2産．
▶主訴

　人間ドックで発見された右水腎症・水尿管を伴う右骨盤内腫瘍．
▶既往歴

　201X−2年6月7日，子宮筋腫に対し，他院で腹腔鏡下子宮全摘術＋両側卵管摘出術を実施．術前，退院時診察，術後1か月，3か月の時点で腎臓を確認していたが，水腎症は認めなかった．術中所見で両側卵巣・卵管に異常を認めず，摘出標本の病理診断結果では，子宮は平滑筋腫，両側卵管に異常所見はみられなかった．
