文献概要

●Amsterdam placental workshop group consensus statementは周産期異常症例に対して胎盤の標本採取・肉眼所見の記述・病理診断・用語の基準が示された，病理医と産婦人科医が共通の認識で情報共有をするための指針である．

●本指針にある診断は妊娠中の子宮内の病態を反映するような用語が使われており，組織所見と合わせて理解をしてもらいたい．

●妊娠中や分娩時の異常の原因・病態を調べるためには，まずは産婦人科医が胎盤を肉眼的に観察し，病理医に臨床的な情報提供を行うことが重要である．
