胎盤遺残の管理

文献概要

●子宮内容除去術後，分娩後に出血が多く持続する場合は，胎盤遺残の可能性を考える．

●胎盤遺残の診断には，経腟超音波断層法とカラードプラを組み合わせる．

●産科異常出血を伴う胎盤遺残には，子宮動脈塞栓術（＋経頸管的切除術）が有効であるが，止血できなければ子宮全摘術を考慮する．
