文献概要

●ビタミンDの免疫制御作用が着床・妊娠維持機構に寄与している可能性がある.

●子宮内膜にはビタミンD受容体が存在し,ビタミンDによる直接的作用が存在する.

●ビタミンDが着床を促進するというエビデンスは乏しい.

●ビタミンDが充足しているほうが妊孕性が高いことが,コホート研究で明らかとなっている.
