子宮腔癒着症の影響と対処法

文献概要

●子宮腔癒着症は機械的損傷や感染などにより生じ，症状を伴った症例をAsherman症候群という．不妊症患者の4.6％に存在し，着床不全の原因となる．

●子宮腔癒着症における診断のゴールドスタンダードは子宮鏡検査である．特に子宮鏡下癒着剝離手術前の病態把握には不可欠といえる．

●子宮腔癒着症における治療のゴールドスタンダードは，子宮鏡下癒着剝離手術である．術前検査・処置から慎重な操作が求められ，手術においても穿孔や水中毒に留意した繊細な操作を必要とし，術後は再癒着予防のための症例に応じた最善の処置をするべきである．
