中隔子宮の影響と対処法

●これからの中隔子宮の診断は，腹腔鏡と子宮鏡の併用ではなく，より侵襲性が低い，子宮鏡検査と画像診断（3D超音波とソノヒステログラフィの併用，MRI）併用が強く勧められる．

●中隔子宮を有する女性は1st Trimesterにおける流産率が高い．

●子宮鏡下中隔切除術は，不育症患者の流産率の低下と出生率の改善に寄与する．

●中隔子宮の種類や大きさの違いは，妊孕性および周産期合併症の異常に関係しない．
