●ガイドラインはあくまで「推奨」であり，診療現場において診療方針を立てていく「出発点」に過ぎず，診療を縛るものではないことに留意する必要がある．

●「生殖医療必修知識2017年版」は本邦の実情に即して記載されており有用だが，同時に欧米のガイドラインを参照し，最新の知見を別途収集することも推奨される．
