文献概要
●診療ガイドラインのためのエビデンス検索は,EBM情報源ピラミッドを活用し,「サマリーやガイドライン>事前評価済み研究>非事前評価研究の順」とすることが効率的である.
●信頼できるガイドラインを作成するためには,GRADE-ADOLOPMENTに準じて,既存の推奨の採用(adoption),適用(adaptation),新規開発(de novo creation)のいずれかを利用することが迅速かつ効率的である.
●ROBINS-IとRoB 2.0は論理的に共通の項目を使っているため,2種類のエビデンス(RCTとNRS)に対処する際に,これらのバイアスのリスクツールを使って評価された場合,可能であれば両者を統合できる.
●推奨を支持するエビデンス情報源はその最新性が重要であり,リビング推奨(living recommendation)のためには,リビングシステマティックレビュー(living systematic review)の更新アプローチが重要である.
