再発に対する腫瘍減量術（SDS）は推奨されるか？

文献概要

●再発卵巣がんに対するSDSでは完全摘出することが予後改善に繋がる．

●SDSでの完全摘出を推測するモデルとしてAGOスコアおよびTianスコアが有用とされ，現時点ではそれらに当てはまる症例を選択するべきであろう．

●DESKTOPⅢをはじめ，SDSについてのランダム化比較試験が報告されてきており，注目していく必要がある．
