プラチナ感受性再発に対して推奨されるレジメンは？

文献概要

●プラチナ感受性再発に対する治療の基本はプラチナ併用療法であり，上乗せ薬剤としてベバシズマブ併用・維持療法，あるいは奏効例に対するオラパリブ維持療法がある．

●ベバシズマブ，オラパリブともにPFS延長効果を認めるが，BRCA遺伝子の変異有無などによって得られる効果に差異があり，特異な副障害にも留意が必要である

●プラチナ感受性再発患者に対するSDS手術に関して否定的な報告がなされたが，腫瘍の状態（個数，局在，薬剤耐性など）によってさらなる検討が必要と思われる．
