つわりが強いと早産リスクは下がるのか？

●つわりのなかった妊婦に比べ，つわりのあった妊婦のほうが早産の頻度が低かった．

●つわりの程度と早産リスクには関連があり，つわりの症状が強いほうが早産リスクは低下していた．

●つわりと早産リスクの関連性についてのこれまでの研究結果は一致していないが，つわり症状があるほうが早産リスクが低下するという報告が多い．
