●現時点において，子宮内膜症の全体像を非侵襲的に診断できる確立した方法はない．

●Numerical Multi-scoring System of Endometriosis（NMS-E）法は，内診と経腟超音波検査のみで，子宮内膜症の全体像を非侵襲的に診断できる簡便な方法である．

●NMS-E法の一要素である癒着スコアは，子宮内膜症性癒着の術前と術後の変化をとらえ，術後の不妊治療の指標にもなりうる．
