卵巣チョコレート囊胞のがん化と早期診断

●これまで報告されてきた「卵巣チョコレート囊胞のがん化」の多くは，囊胞のフォロー開始時から卵巣がんであった症例であると考えられる．

●正所性子宮内膜の遺伝子変異が内膜症関連卵巣がんの原因として注目されつつある．

●子宮内膜症の悪性化を念頭においた管理は勧められない．
