●母体がペニシリン静注以外で治療された場合は，出生した児の感染の有無を評価する必要がある．

●神経梅毒は症状からはわからないため髄液検査が必須である．

●RPR陽性の母から生まれた児は，発達を含めて全員がフォロー対象となる．
