文献概要
●生活習慣のなかには妊孕能を低下させる因子があり,特に流産のリスクを上げる因子に,喫煙,アルコール,カフェイン,肥満,ストレスなどが挙げられる.
●流産率を1.5〜2倍に上げるリスク因子は,夫婦いずれかの10〜20本/日以上の喫煙,コーヒー2〜3杯/日分のカフェイン摂取,週2回以上のアルコール摂取,BMI>30kg/m2の肥満である.
●プレコンセプションケアとして生活習慣を見直し,改善することは妊孕能を上げるために重要である.
