卵巣予備能の検査

●卵巣予備能低下はdiminished ovarian reserve（DOR）と定義される．

●DORの指標として，FSHの上昇，AFCの低下，AMHの低下が挙げられるが，AMHは最も鋭敏な指標である．いずれの検査も主として卵の数を反映するものであり，卵の質に関しての評価を行うものではない．

●AMHは卵胞数を反映し，定量的に卵巣予備能を評価できる．生殖補助医療分野をはじめ，その臨床応用は多岐にわたる．
