ART治療を受ける場合の児への影響

文献概要

●ARTによる出生児の予後に関しては，ART治療による影響と，ARTを行った背景にある不妊因子による影響の双方を考慮する．

●ART妊娠では早産や低出生体重のリスクが高まるが，凍結融解胚移植に限っては出生体重は重くなる．

●ホルモン補充周期での凍結融解胚移植は，妊娠高血圧症候群や癒着胎盤のリスクが上昇する．
