●ARTによる出生児の予後に関しては,ART治療による影響と,ARTを行った背景にある不妊因子による影響の双方を考慮する.
●ART妊娠では早産や低出生体重のリスクが高まるが,凍結融解胚移植に限っては出生体重は重くなる.
●ホルモン補充周期での凍結融解胚移植は,妊娠高血圧症候群や癒着胎盤のリスクが上昇する.
