無精子症患者と染色体・遺伝子異常

文献概要

●不妊症の原因が夫の無精子症に起因する場合は染色体検査が必須である．

●上記で異常を認めない場合には，Y染色体のAZF領域の欠失の有無の確認も同様に必須である．

●夫が遺伝学的異常を有する場合は，生まれてくる子のリスクを治療開始前に十分に説明することが重要である．
