●OHSSを発症しやすいハイリスク症例が存在するため，その患者背景を理解し，排卵誘発時には発症予防に留意する．

●OHSSの発症予防に有用な排卵誘発プロトコールや併用薬を知っておく．

●採卵後にもOHSSの発症予防や重症化対策に有用な薬剤があるので，その使用法やエビデンスを理解し，インフォームド・コンセントに役立てる．
