不育症に対する免疫系検査の意義

●免疫系の異常は,不育症との間に弱い関連性は示されているものの,いまだ研究段階にある.

●不育症患者において抗核抗体,末梢血NK細胞活性,末梢血Th1/Th2比などの免疫系検査が行われているが,その結果の解釈,対応は慎重に行うべきである.

●免疫系の異常を有する不育症に対して,さまざまな治療が行われているが,いまだエビデンスとはなっておらず,さらなるデータの蓄積が必要である.
