OC・LEP製剤の黄体ホルモンによる違い

●OC・LEPに含まれる黄体ホルモンの効果としては，排卵や頸管粘液分泌の抑制，子宮内膜や子宮内膜症病巣の萎縮，子宮筋収縮抑制などが挙げられる．

●黄体ホルモン製剤には，プロゲステロンレセプターだけではなく，アンドロゲンレセプターやグルココルチコイドレセプターにも作用するものがあり，製剤によりさまざまな副効用や副作用を示す．

●OC・LEPに含まれる黄体ホルモン製剤は薬剤により異なり，その特徴を把握して使用する必要がある．
