●妊娠可能年齢の女性が発症した場合，主治医と患者・患者の家族が連携をとり，早くから妊娠計画を立てていくことが重要である．また，まずは原疾患の寛解を目指した治療を検討する．

●プレコンセプションケアは一般的な項目だけでなく産科的な項目も同時に行う必要がある．また，家族や周囲の協力が必要不可欠であり，あらかじめ病気のことについて考える機会を設けることが望ましい．

●避妊方法は原疾患を考慮し，確実な避妊方法を選ぶ必要がある．また，不妊治療においても一部の疾患を除き，健常人と同様な対応でよい．
