経口血糖降下薬―妊娠中にはどのように用いればよいのか

●妊娠中の耐糖能異常に対する薬物療法はインスリン注射薬がほぼ唯一の選択肢であり，経口血糖降下薬の使用経験は乏しく，薬物動態の面からも推奨されない．

●内服薬により児に明らかな形態異常が起こった報告はなく，やむを得ない場合には選択されるほか，内服中に妊娠が分かった場合もあわてて中止することは望ましくない．

●後進国などでは選択肢の一つとされることもあり，新たな薬剤の可否も含めて妊娠中の使用に関するエビデンスの蓄積が望まれる．
