子宮収縮の基礎

●子宮平滑筋の収縮メカニズムは細胞膜のイオンチャネルの増減によりコントロールされ，カルシウムイオンの流入による脱分極が子宮筋収縮を引き起こす．

●妊娠維持にはプロゲステロンの子宮収縮抑制作用が重要であり，プロゲステロンの機能低下が陣痛発来を引き起こすとされる．

●分娩開始後は，オキシトシンがCOX-2の発現を増加させ，プロスタグランジンの合成分泌を促進することにより，強く持続的な子宮収縮を引き起こす．
