文献概要

●陣痛誘発・促進中のオキシトシン持続静注はできる限り短時間にし，帝王切開が決定したら，速やかに持続静注を停止する．

●児娩出後はオキシトシン静脈投与を第一選択とし，オキシトシン投与後も子宮収縮不良の場合は，合併症に応じて第二選択薬を投与する．

●重度のPPHでは，機を逸せず高次施設や手術室・ICUへ搬送し，集学的治療を行う．
