文献概要

●東日本大震災は，あらゆる種類の災害が一度に起こった典型例なので，各地域で同様の被災が起きたことを想定するための貴重なデータを再確認すべきである．

●平時から，災害時小児周産期リエゾンを中心とした，周産期医療―災害医療―行政を結ぶネットワーク（会議体やメーリングリスト）を構築しておくことが重要である．

●交通遮断や情報途絶により，各地域において診療所と病院が一体となった災害対応が必要となるので，オープンシステムを考慮しておくべきである．

●首都直下型地震，南海トラフ地震は起こる．広域搬送，人的・物的支援体制について，周産期医療（リエゾン）を中心としたシミュレーションをしておく必要がある．
