文献概要

●中絶や流産処置に際しては，事前に十分なカウンセリングを行い患者の意思決定をサポートする．

●子宮内容除去術ではD&Cは行わず真空吸引法を用いる．

●術中術後の合併症発生には十分留意し，疑われる場合は迅速に対応する．
