文献概要

●子宮頸管妊娠および帝王切開瘢痕部妊娠は稀な疾患であるが，診断の遅れが治療成績に影響を及ぼすため早期の診断が重要である．

●治療は薬物療法（MTX），掻爬術または子宮摘出などが選択され，大量出血時の止血目的や処置前の血流遮断目的に子宮動脈塞栓が施行される．

●治療のクライテリアが定まっておらず，妊婦の背景，挙児希望の有無や妊娠週数に応じて適切な治療方法の選択が必要である．
