文献概要

●絨毛採取は侵襲的遺伝学的検査であり，正しい技術を取得した術者が実施する．

●方法は経腹的と経腟的があり，胎盤の位置により方法を選択する．

●胎盤性モザイクが1％にみられ，その場合は羊水検査での再評価を検討する．

●絨毛採取が技術的な理由で困難と考えられれば，羊水検査などの他の方法への変更も考慮する．
