羊水過多症に対する羊水除去術

文献概要

●羊水除去術の適応決定にあたっては，AFIやMVPなどの超音波断層法のパラメータも参考とするが，主として母体の羊水過多症の重症度によって決定する．

●羊水除去術後の早期に分娩に至る症例があり，早産に備える必要がある．

●羊水除去術の実施にあたっては，母体の体勢や穿刺部位の選定など穿刺前の準備段階が処置の成否にかかわる重要な要素である．

●陰圧吸引による羊水除去術は安全に施行可能と考えられ，自然滴下や手動吸引に比べて短時間で完遂できるメリットがある可能性がある．
