妊娠糖尿病とメタボリック症候群

●妊娠中にメタボリック症候群が認められた女性では，妊娠糖尿病の発症頻度が高い可能性がある．

●妊娠糖尿病既往女性は既往のない女性に比べ，分娩後のメタボリック症候群の発症頻度が高い．その予測因子として，妊娠中の空腹時血糖値，妊娠前の肥満などが報告されている．

●妊娠糖尿病から出生した児は，小児期よりすでにメタボリック症候群のリスクが高く，それは成長後も継続している可能性がある．
