文献概要
●生殖補助医療(ART)による妊娠は自然妊娠と比較して,周産期合併症のリスクが高く,ハイリスク妊娠としての周産期管理を考慮すべきである.
●凍結融解胚移植(FET)では新鮮胚移植と比較して,妊娠高血圧症候群や癒着胎盤のリスクが上昇し,児の出生体重が重くなる.
●ホルモン調整周期のFETは,妊娠高血圧症候群や癒着胎盤のリスクが上昇するが,自然排卵周期のFETは,周産期合併症のリスクが低い.
