●膀胱損傷のリスク因子について理解し，リスクのある症例では意識と工夫をすることで，損傷を防げる可能性がある．

●膀胱損傷を生じた場合には，術中に発見修復することが重要であり，膀胱損傷が少しでも疑われる場合には膀胱内にインジゴカルミンを注入するなどして術中に診断をつける．
