異所性妊娠の病因と疫学

●異所性妊娠（卵管妊娠）は，①卵管による受精卵の移送障害，②受精卵が異常着床しやすい卵管内環境の2つの病因が相まって引き起こされる．

●異所性妊娠は全妊娠の約1〜2％で発症し，最も多いのが卵管妊娠であり，異所性妊娠全体の90％以上を占める．

●異所性妊娠のリスク因子には，異所性妊娠の既往，クラミジアなどの性感染症・骨盤内炎症性疾患の既往，卵管性不妊に対する手術の既往，喫煙，高度生殖医療の施行などさまざまな因子が挙げられる．そのなかで予防可能なのはクラミジアなどの性感染症と喫煙であり，リプロダクティブヘルス教育のさらなる普及が期待される．
