異所性妊娠の超音波診断

●子宮体部内腔に胎囊を認めない例は，異所性妊娠を疑い，まず妊娠週数を再確認する．

●異所性妊娠を疑う例は，全身状態が許される限り，ヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピン（hCG）値の変化率の算出と超音波検査の再検を密に行う．

●子宮内の異所性妊娠は，安易な対処を控える一方，早期診断が求められる．超音波カラードプラ法やパワードプラ法，造影MRI検査を併用し，着床部位の同定と処置のタイミングを決定する．
