絨毛性疾患の臨床的分類

●絨毛性疾患の分類には臨床的分類と病理学的分類がある．腫瘍マーカーとしてhCGが診断や治療経過観察に有用である．

●全胞状奇胎は雄核発生であり，部分胞状奇胎は多くの場合2精子受精による3倍体である．

●絨毛性腫瘍が疑われるが，病理組織検索ができない場合には絨毛癌診断スコアを用いて，臨床的侵入奇胎または臨床的絨毛癌を診断する．
