▶両側卵管閉塞症例と非閉塞性無精子症に対して精巣内精子採取術（TESE）で精子を回収した場合，体外受精の絶対適応となる．
▶妊娠予後を考えて，体外受精へのstep upのタイミングを症例ごとに検討する必要がある．
▶妊孕性温存で体外受精を希望する場合には十分なインフォームドコンセントのうえ，治療を行うか慎重に判断する必要がある．
