▶女性の年齢の増加と卵巣予備能の低下はIVF-ET治療の成績を低下させる．
▶喫煙，肥満などの患者背景因子はIVF-ET治療の成績を低下させる．
▶卵管留水症はIVF-ET治療の成績を半減させるため，事前に卵管切除を勧めるべきである．
