▶PRP療法とは血小板から放出されるサイトカインによる細胞増殖,血管新生,抗炎症作用などを利用した治療法で自己由来のため感染や免疫応答のリスクがなく,安全性が高い.
▶増殖期子宮内膜に投与することにより,子宮内膜増殖作用が期待でき,着床環境を改善する可能性がある.
▶PRP療法は菲薄化子宮内膜以外の着床障害や,卵巣機能不全に対する卵巣注入など可能性が広がっている.
