▶リコンビナント卵胞刺激ホルモン（rFSH）製剤は調節卵巣刺激法において中心的に用いられる薬剤である．使用にあたっては単一卵胞発育機序と複数卵胞発育の理論を理解する．
▶卵巣予備能評価に基づく個別化刺激により，高反応者では確実に卵巣過剰刺激症候群を予防し，低反応者では予測収量に見合う低刺激法を選択する．
▶ホリトロピンデルタ（レコベル^®）はヒト細胞由来の新しいrFSH製剤であり，血清AMH値に基づいて投与量を決定する．
