自然周期採卵（natural cycle）の意義

▶卵巣機能低下を伴う高年齢患者には自然周期が適応となる．
▶自然周期の問題点として，黄体化ホルモン（LH）サージの発来，排卵済によるキャンセル率の高さがある．
▶適切な周期における採卵をめざし，妊娠率の向上につなげる．
