▶子宮腔内病変の確定診断には子宮鏡検査が必要である．
▶着床障害を起こす子宮腔内病変の治療には子宮鏡下手術が有効である．
▶子宮腔内病変の改善は妊娠率・生児獲得率の改善に寄与する．
