文献概要

●子宮内膜症診断のゴールデンスタンダードは腹腔鏡検査であるが，その実施は限定的になってきている．

●軽症子宮内膜症は病巣焼灼により術後妊娠率が増加するが，治療後1人妊娠するための治療必要例数（NNT）は12である．

●子宮内膜症性不妊症の治療アルゴリズムは，子宮内膜症の病期分類から女性年齢や卵巣予備能を加味したものに変化している．
