子宮内膜症合併不妊症に対するARTの有用性

文献概要

●子宮内膜症性卵巣囊胞に対する腹腔鏡下囊胞摘出術は妊孕能温存手術として行われているが，卵巣機能へのダメージが大きいことが明らかにされ，術式については検討の余地がある．

●排卵誘発により子宮内膜症が増悪する可能性もあるため，漠然と一般不妊治療を継続するのは避けるべきである．

●生殖補助医療（ART）は妊娠までの時間を短縮化することもできるため，治療の遅れが卵巣予備能をさらに低下させるような，両側性または35歳以上の症例では，早急にARTを行うべきである．
