巨大児の計測方法の工夫

●超音波検査による巨大児の予知に関する検討は多数報告されているが,診断精度は決して高いとはいえず,実際に巨大児か否かの胎内診断は困難であるとされる.

●血糖管理不良の妊娠糖尿病症例では,胎児も高血糖・高インスリン血症を呈することから胎児の軟部組織量の増加をきたし,巨大児の発症リスクが上昇する.

●巨大児の予測能の改善においては,胎児推定体重に加えて,脂肪・骨格筋などの胎児軟部組織量の評価が有用である可能性がある.
