●胎児発育不全(FGR)の娩出においては,FGRの原因検索を可能な限り行うことが重要である.

●FGRの娩出においては,FGRの発生時期を勘案することが重要である.

●FGRの娩出時期の判断は,過去の研究結果をよく知ることが必要であり,わかっていることが限定的であることを十分理解する必要がある.Up to dateな知識の習得が重要である.
